These terms govern your use of Rashid Travel & Visa Consultants(“we”, “us”) and the services we provide. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide travel and visa consultancy — including tourist visa guidance, appointment booking assistance, documentation, air ticketing, travel insurance and tour packages. We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with any embassy, government or VFS Global (see our Disclaimer).
2. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability or processing times. Consultancy fees are for our professional assistance and are earned regardless of the embassy's decision.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide true, accurate and complete information and documents.
- Pay official government/VFS fees directly where required.
- Attend appointments and interviews as scheduled.
- Comply with the laws of your destination country.
4. Fees & payment
Our fees are quoted before we begin and are separate from official fees. Payment terms are agreed at the time of engagement. Please also read our Refund Policy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for visa refusals, delays, changes in embassy policy, airline or supplier actions, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the consultancy fee you paid us for the relevant service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
